- Refunds may be requested within the first 7 days of the initial service period if no work has been delivered
- After work has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on work completed
- Cancellations require 30 days written notice; no refunds for the current billing period
3.2 Project-Based Services
- Refunds available within 7 days of purchase if project work has not begun
- Once project work has started, refunds will be calculated based on percentage of work completed
- Completed deliverables are non-refundable
3.3 Consultation Services
- Refunds available up to 24 hours before scheduled consultation
- No refunds for missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours
- Rescheduling is available with 24 hours notice at no additional charge
3.4 Ad Spend Management
- Management fees are non-refundable once campaigns are live
- Ad spend paid directly to platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.) is non-refundable
- Unused ad budget may be refunded at our discretion
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Completed work and delivered services
- Third-party costs (ad spend, software licenses, stock images, etc.)
- Setup fees and onboarding costs
- Custom research and strategy documents already delivered
- Services rendered more than 30 days prior to refund request
- Discounted or promotional services
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your invoice number and detailed reason for the refund request
- Provide any relevant documentation supporting your request
- Allow 5-7 business days for our team to review your request
We will respond to your request within 5-7 business days with a decision. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method.

Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- Processing time is typically 10-14 business days
- Bank processing times may vary and are beyond our control
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed
- Partial refunds may be issued for partially completed work
7. Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks may result in:

- Additional fees to cover chargeback costs
- Termination of client relationship

- Revisions are included as specified in your service agreement
