3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Monthly Retainer Services

- Refunds may be requested within the first 7 days of the initial service period if no work has been delivered
- After work has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on work completed
- Cancellations require 30 days written notice; no refunds for the current billing period

3.2 Project-Based Services

- Refunds available within 7 days of purchase if project work has not begun
- Once project work has started, refunds will be calculated based on percentage of work completed
- Completed deliverables are non-refundable

3.3 Consultation Services

- Refunds available up to 24 hours before scheduled consultation
- No refunds for missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours
- Rescheduling is available with 24 hours notice at no additional charge

3.4 Ad Spend Management

- Management fees are non-refundable once campaigns are live
- Ad spend paid directly to platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.) is non-refundable
- Unused ad budget may be refunded at our discretion

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Completed work and delivered services
  • Third-party costs (ad spend, software licenses, stock images, etc.)
  • Setup fees and onboarding costs
  • Custom research and strategy documents already delivered
  • Services rendered more than 30 days prior to refund request
  • Discounted or promotional services

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us via email at support@nextpointmarketing.com
  • Include your invoice number and detailed reason for the refund request
  • Provide any relevant documentation supporting your request
  • Allow 5-7 business days for our team to review your request

We will respond to your request within 5-7 business days with a decision. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method.

6. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Processing time is typically 10-14 business days
  • Bank processing times may vary and are beyond our control
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed
  • Partial refunds may be issued for partially completed work

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services
  • Additional fees to cover chargeback costs
  • Termination of client relationship
  • Legal action to recover costs and damages

8. Service Guarantees

While we strive for excellence, please note:

  • We do not guarantee specific results or ROI from marketing campaigns
  • Marketing performance depends on many factors beyond our control
  • We guarantee quality work and professional service delivery
  • Revisions are included as specified in your service agreement

9. Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Exceptional circumstances will be evaluated individually, and decisions will be made at the sole discretion of Next Point Marketing management.
